The Friday Edit
One email a week. The finds worth your basket, the price drops worth knowing about, and one outfit formula you can actually wear on Monday. No daily pinging, no filler, no selling your address to anyone.
What lands in your inbox
Four things, every week
The same structure each Friday, so you always know what you are getting — and can skim it in three minutes.
Five new finds
The pieces that earned a place this week — with the honest one-line verdict, the fit note, and the budget band. Nothing that only looks good in the listing photo.
Price drops worth knowing
When something we already rate falls in price, you hear about it. When it is a fake discount dressed up as a deal, you hear about that too.
One outfit formula
A single combination you can build from pieces you probably own, plus one thing worth adding. Seasonal, British weather-aware, and never a full head-to-toe shopping list.
One thing to skip
The section nobody else writes. A trend, a fabric, or a specific style of listing that is not worth your money this week — and why.
Sample issue
What a Friday looks like
A rough shape of a recent edit, so you know exactly what you are signing up for.
Issue format
- The five: a check shacket that survives a wash, the wide-leg jeans people keep asking about, a beanie that is not itchy, a tote with an actual inside pocket, and a boot with a walkable heel.
- Price watch: two pieces from last month’s edit that dropped — and one that “dropped” back to its normal price.
- The formula: straight jeans, white trainers, ribbed jumper, oversized scarf. Works from the school run to dinner.
- Skip this week: anything sold as “wool-look” under £30 — it is a polyester coat with a wool word in the title.

Questions, answered
Before you subscribe
How often will you email me?
Once a week, on Friday morning. Occasionally there is a second email if something genuinely time-sensitive happens — a real sale event, not a manufactured one. That is it.
Will you sell or share my email address?
No. Your address is used to send the newsletter and nothing else. It is never sold, rented, or passed to a third party. Full details are in our privacy notice.
Is it really free?
Yes. The site is funded by affiliate commission when readers buy through our Amazon links, which means the newsletter costs you nothing and the price you pay is never affected.
How do I unsubscribe?
There is a one-click unsubscribe link at the bottom of every issue. No forms, no “are you sure”, no follow-up emails asking you to reconsider.
Do I need to be in the UK?
The edits are written for UK shoppers and link to Amazon UK, so sizing, seasons and availability all assume you are here. You are welcome to subscribe from anywhere, but expect British weather advice.
